FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

1. Admit card of the admission test.
2. Original Mark-sheet (10+2).
3. Attested photocopies of Marksheet and Admit Card (10+2).
4. Photo-bearing character certificate (original) from the Head of the institution last attended.
5. Two stamp-size (2 x 2.5 cm) coloured photographs (for identity card).
6. Parent’s/guardian’s income certificate (original).
7. *Original Caste Certificate and two photocopies thereof.
8. **Original Medical Certificate and two photocopies thereof.
9. Blood-group certificate.
